I enjoyed getting to make this video for you! The condo is a great location, would make a great home or rental, smelled great and seemed well kept. The pools were clean and nice. Tennis courts and landscaping were nicely cared for. This seems like a nice place. The driveways have been freshly seal coated. The metal roof looks to be in good shape.
